In the first day of Russian Sales MacDougalls sold over 7m pounds,
including Konchalovsky at 1,036,000 pounds, a world record
and his first ever sale over 1m pounds.
* Post-War and Contemporary Russian Art, 30 Nov 2007
On the second day of sales MacDougalls sold 3.8m pounds,
a world record for Post-War and Contemporary Russian Art.
Top lots included Oleg Tselkov (Lot 355), sold for 202,400
pounds, and Komar and Melamid, sold for 184,400 pounds.
